NECEC is building a more sustainable energy future

Our efforts extend beyond environmental stewardship and management of natural resources. Sustainability is a commitment to helping our communities thrive. We are committed to the highest standards of environmental performance and safety, during both construction and operation, to ensure the long-term sustainability of our project. NECEC was thoughtfully sited and designed to avoid natural resource impacts wherever possible, to minimize unavoidable impacts, and to mitigate and compensate for impacts that cannot be avoided, consistent with our commitment to environmental stewardship.
